Pricing – art or science?

In many businesses, you see an enormous amount of effort on getting the product or service offering right, but little attention on price setting or price execution.   Not that price setting is all science – but there is a lot you can do:

  • test and learn – ie experiments
  • observing others
  • analytics on past experience
